Quit Smoking Cigarettes and Become a Non-Smoker For Life

Posted by admin on October 7, 2008

Quitting cigarettes is not as hard as you may think, it’s HARDER! Yes, any addiction messes up the unconscious mind, and without knowing it, you get back to your old habits even after quitting for weeks. You don’t want to quit smoking just for a few weeks, do you? Or do you want to quit cigarettes forever and never crave for one again?

For most smokers who try to quit smoking, they end up taking one cigarette, and another and another until the bad habit is back. The worst part is, taking that one cigarette would appear to be something acceptable to the ex-smoker, when in fact it’s not. This is because the unconscious mind is playing games with the determination of that person to completely stop smoking forever.

Smokers, don’t underestimate your addiction and never think that it is so easy to quit even if you did not touch a cigarette for months. At some point, after one quits smoking, during a moment of vulnerability the addiction can hit back. If you have quit smoking and you still feel like you want a cigarette after dinner or after a drink, you should be very concerned because quitting only on the conscious level is not enough.

The unconscious mind plays the role of the villain here, but it can be tamed. All the efforts you have done to quit smoking may go waste if the unconscious mind is not on your side. Self hypnosis audios help greatly to shift your mind away from cigarettes, not immediately, but gradually.
