No Easy Way Out, Only Knowledge

Many people like to stay in the comfort of their homes, rather than be out dealing with the people in this crazy world(understandable). The only thing about being totally submerged in your comfort zone is IDOL TIME, which most adoloscents of the new generation like to call “I’m bored”. What usually spawns from those two words are frequent trips to the PANTRY, and the REFRIDGERATOR. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure that many great inventions, ideas, books, and computer programs have all come from IDOL TIME, but those folks might not need as much of my help as you reading this. My goal is to take my laptop, and IDOL TIME, and help others achieve weight-loss goals, and aspirations of being confident, and fit.
Food is delicious in every which way imaginable, from the crunch of a tasty deep fried mozzarella stick, to the soothing melt of a slightly chilled Hershey’s chocolate bar. These delectable snacks are some of our most treasured treats, which many of us love (some more than others), but the main point that I want to make to young, and older people alike is that we do not have to indulge in these tasties everyday. The key to losing weight, and successfully maintaining a healthy size is DISCIPLINE. Ask yourself can you stop at 1/2 a donut, or 2 scoops rather than your normal 6 of ice-cream? Sweets, and treats are dear friends of mine as well, so don’t think that you all out there are alone, because I’m no skinny fitness guru screaming commands at you telling you what you can, and can’t eat. All I wanna stress is that I too eat all the good stuff that you do, only I have trained myself to put limitations on stuff i know can hurt me in the long-run. SENSIBLE REASONING is the biggest kept secret, that’s really not a secret, we just too often tell it ” shut-up!.. I want more”! At the end of this classic battle in which you always seem to win with yourself , you actually end up losing, because you have ingested about 400 too many calories than you originally set out to eat. Bottom line is… STOP EATING WHEN YOUR TUMMY AND BRAIN COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT YOU’VE HAD ENOUGH, BECAUSE THEY ARE NORMALLY RIGHT, BEING THAT THEY ARE YOU, AND YOU ARE THEM. WORK TOGETHER TO BECOME THE FIT HEALTHY PERSON YOU KNOW YOU CAN BE.
